This weekend I went home to Bardu, to my sister’s house, to celebrate my niece’s second birthday. It was a nice celebration, with tons of food and tasty pastry and cakes. Photos will be posted to my gallery later on.

BBQ
Finally! We’ve been wanting to get a gas-powered BBQ for a while now, and finally got one two days ago. It was tested yesterday, as a combined May 17th celebration / mother-in-law’s birthday dinner.
The menu was:
Tandoori-marinated chicken breasts
Pork chops
Corn
Baked potatoes
Haloumi
Now if only we could get some nice sunny weather this summer, the BBQ won’t get [...]
