My friend Jesper Nøhr has written a perl library that allows you to fetch a URL containing the iTunes 7 artwork for a given album. It has (at the time of writing) been ported to PHP, Python, C#, and Ruby.

As Jesper mentions in his interview with Nettavisen, stopping his program will require a major rewrite, so I wonder how Apple will respond – if they will at all bother to do anything at all…
