Even though laws are different from country to country, the definition of a criminal is usually the same, based on which acts are to be considered illegal. People who murder other people are of course criminals. People who rob banks too. The list goes on with acts that to most people are considered illegal, hence we just don’t do them.
However, this list is still far from perfect, and I would like to make a nomination: people who don’t pick up their dog’s droppings!
(I’ll give you one guess as to why I’m bringing this up today…)
I could probably ramble on about how much I’d love for this person to step in his own dog’s poo, or how I believe the perfect punishment for this crime would be to train their dogs to relieve themselves in their owner’s shoes, but I have to get my shoe cleaned before it stinks out my apartment…..
How about the people that cut of your internet connection of malice
, should be a instant death penelty for them.

What I don\’t understand is why some people bother picking up the droppings and then leaves the bag on the pavement.
Not very logical. no… But I guess it at least provides a layer of protection between my shoes and the poo
