Ahhhh, summer sweet summer!
I took a day off work today to take care of some practical matters, and just have a nice day off. Since the weather in Oslo today is just fantastic, me and Marianne just came back from kuba where we spent an hour or so just lying in the sun, enjoying the nice weather.
We’re gonna relax inside for a while, cooling down after sunbathing, and later take a walk down Grünerløkka to have an “utepils” before continuing downtown to do some shopping, eating, and generally having a nice relaxing day before we go to Vika to see War of the Worlds. I don’t really have the highest expectations for this movie, so it might be a nice surprise. Allan is really frustrated with us norwegians for not having read the book… Maybe I’ll read the book if I like the movie… (for those who have seen (and understood) the norwegian ad: “Hey look, they’ve made a book from the LOTR movies as well now…”)
Only two weeks left now, and it\’s SUMMER HOLIDAY!!
