Holiday is booked, Mallorca here we come!
I just booked this year’s summer holiday for me and Marianne, we’re going to Mallorca! It’s not the best place to go for a relaxing holiday, since it’s an island packed with tourists, but I guess it depends on what you make of the trip yourself. I’m planning on doing as little as possible, except lying on the beach, dipping my toes in the water, maybe rent a car to drive around sightseeing, do some watersports activities, maybe some scuba-diving if it’s not too expensive… wait, did I say I was going to do as little as possible? I guess just doing something other than what we do every day is good enough for relaxation. Marianne is also quite pleased with lying in the sun for hours and hours, so we shouldn’t have any problems agreeing on that.
I’m also going to bring “The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy“, a book that I’ve been thinking about reading for quite some time now, and reading it while lying in the sun, drinking an icecold drink of some sort sounds like a plan.
The only problem I have right now is how to get any work done.. I find myself staring into thin air, dreaming about the sun, the beach, the experiences…
